Leaders Are Readers!
What makes you successful in life? Is it just achieving yours goals or it is achieving the real purpose of life? Are you a puppet, played by the people who were puppet when they were of your age? Have you trapped yourself in the race where 90% of today’s youths are? Are you able to see the world behind the wall that the society has build? Are you confident enough with the things that you are doing today, will help you to be successful tomorrow?
Wondering why did I start with so many questions instead of just listing the name of the books???
Just listing the names won’t help. You would read the titles and ignore. I want you to ask these questions to yourself. If the answers are positive, then it’s fine. You can continue doing things in your way.
But if the answers are negative, you must proceed reading this…
We all know that change is the rule of nature. But you cannot change if you do not know what the change should be . The world has changed, but the advices didn’t. So, who will mentor you to see the other side of the wall?
The answer is, these books…YES! These books.
No one is born a leader. A leader is formed by himself, in the course of achieving his purpose with the burning desire in his mind. Thomas A. Edison failed ten thousand times before he could glow the electric bulb. He did not fail ten thousand times but he found ten thousand ways that did not work. His name is now imprinted among the great inventors in history.
If you really want to change the world, you have to be the change… and that change will help you to achieve the great fortunes, that you desire to.
Here are the list of books that you must read before graduating from college and free yourself from the race you are trapped in.
1. Rich Dad Poor Dad:
It is the starting point for anyone looking to gain control of their financial future.
The book Rich Dad Poor Dad is written by the author Robert T. Kiyosaki , in which he explains how college education does dot help you to be financially successful, but Financial Education. The book focuses on the main reason why people struggle financially is because they spend years in school but learns nothing about money.
The result is that people learn to work for money, but never learn to have money work for them.
One of the book’s major thrusts is the fact that too many people get stuck in a rat race. They go to college, find a safe job, earns money, saves their money little by little, pay their bills, and then spend what they have left over. They repeat the same cycle throughout their life. All they do is work hard and earn money, which gives them financial security but not Financial Freedom.
So in order to be financially free, you have to learn how to have money work for you.

2. Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quardrant:
The Part-2 of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quardrant was written for those who had the courage to take a step towards their Financial Freedom.
“Freedom may be free, but it has a price”. This book is dedicated to those who are willing to pay the price. – Robert T. Kiyosaki.
This book is about finding your path in life. Robert Kiyosaki forms quardrants and names each quardrants parts E, S, B, and I. E stands for an Employee, S stands for small Business or a Profession, B stands for Big Business and I stands for Investors.
Colleges train students to be successful in the E and S quardrants. But the actual Financial Freedom lies in other side of the quardrant i.e. B and I quardants. This book will help you figure out which quardrant you are for. The E and S works for money and B and I have money work for them. Finding your own path is not necessarily easy. Even if your parents lie in the B or I quardrant, they will advice you to study hard and get a high paying job.
So in order to choose your path, either you want to be Financially Free or financially secured, you have to change your core values and thoughts. This book will help you to do so. But remember..only if you are willing to pay the price.
3. Think And Grow Rich:
Think And Grow Rich is written by an American author Napoleon Hill. This book states 13 principles of success. All those men who has achieved great fortunes in life had the courage to adopt these principles. This book reveals the secret of success.
You can never be successful unless you dream of your success. That dream comes from the burning desire in your mind. When that burning desire is mixed with faith and persistence, no one can stop you from reaching the heights. The book teaches you to control your mind before your mind has control on you.
“Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason why so few engage in it.” – Henry Ford
If you can learn to have control on your mind, you can have control on anything that happens outside your mind. That is one of the most powerful art that all great leaders have. Only hard work will never help to achieve great wealth. That’s the reason why the title of the book is ‘Think And Grow Rich’, not work and grow rich.
